How can we help?

Extend recording retention to 90 days

By default, NeetoReplay retains recordings for 30 days after the session ends, then automatically deletes them. You can extend the retention period of specific recordings to 90 days from the date they were created.

How retention works

Recordings follow a two-tier retention policy:

  • Standard (default): a recording is deleted 30 days after the session ends.

  • Extended: a recording marked as extended is kept for 90 days from the date it was created.

Extending a recording is a one-way action. Once extended, it cannot be reverted to standard retention.

Extend a single recording

You can extend an individual recording from the recordings list or from the playback view:

  • From the recordings list: click the three-dot menu next to the recording and select Extend to 90 days.

  • From the playback view: use the Extend to 90 days option in the playback menu.

The Extend to 90 days option is only visible for recordings that have already expired and have not yet been extended.

Extend recordings in bulk

To extend multiple recordings at once, select the recordings you want to keep, then click Take action > Extend to 90 days.
