When a recording is created, it is initially marked as unplayed. Unplayed recordings are visually highlighted, as illustrated in the figure.
Upon viewing a recording for the first time by clicking the play recording button, the playback status will be automatically set as played, removing the highlight.
Manually Updating Playback Status
To change the status of a recording from unplayed to played, click the three-dot menu > Mark as played.
To change the status of a played recording back to unplayed, click the three-dot menu > Mark as not played.
